Due to our instant, online delivery method all Resource Store products are non-refundable and we cannot accept cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that prior to confirming an order ONLY goods that are actually required are placed in the shopping basket, as mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date.
