

The tasks in this pack allow students to practise the mail merging skills required for National 5 Administration and IT.
Upon completion, learners will be able to construct a main document (letter, ticket, invite, certificate and label template) in Microsoft Word, containing merge codes; perform mail merges from Microsoft Access using Tables and Queries, or from Microsoft Excel; preview a merge; correct any errors identified in preview and print source merge fields and results.
Text “How to…” instructions have been included with this pack, along with 16 tasks to give learners the opportunity to practise skills.
NOTE: This pack is a re-write of Pack 15/301 to reflect the differences and new look of MS Office.
